These terms apply to the SoraData website and service operated by SoraData, an Australian business.
SoraData is an analytics layer for existing retail cameras and POS systems. It is designed to show visitor counts, conversion rates, trends, and related alerts. We do not supply cameras or POS hardware.
You request a trial through the form on the homepage. After you submit, you receive an email and can sign in with Google Sign-In using the same work email you entered, then finish a short camera setup in the dashboard. No credit card is required to request a trial. We may decline or pause a request (for example abuse, incomplete details, or cases we cannot support).
You must keep login details confidential. Dashboard access uses Google Sign-In with the email on your trial request.
To provide the service we may need camera-system credentials and POS access that you supply. You are responsible for having the right to give us that access, and for your own NVR, cameras, and POS.
We process video for analytics only and do not store raw footage. Analytics data (counts, timestamps, alerts) is stored in the cloud. Video stays on your NVR. See our Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.
Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately. We will confirm fees before you are charged.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under Australian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
